D.C.II.P.S ( Da Capo II Plus Situation )

Was doing poking around on Kadokawa Shoten this morning and came across details on a new visual novel game for the PS2. This one is a remake of the the 2006 PC game D.C.II (Da Capo II). The reason why it interested me so much was because I began watching the anime of D.C ( Da Capo ) and recently heard news about D.C.II being made into an anime.

The remake of D.C.II is to be called D.C.II.P.S ( Da Capo II Plus Situation ). Judging by the name, I’m assuming it will have scenario’s the original PC Eroge didn’t have or some sort of extra content. Since I haven’t played the PC game I’m not too sure of the story but I do know it set a number of years after D.C and is set on the same island,Hatsunejima, the island where cherry blossoms are always in bloom. The bishoujo in the game are some of the best I’ve seen, my favourite being Shirokawa Nanaka (pink haired girl). D.C.II.P.S is due for release some time in 2008 (what a wait) and is being handeled by Circus who made D.C , D.C.II as well as its fan discs. Yeah, I’m guessing its called plus situation because it has an extra route or something. This will be because I’m guessing they’ll take out the H scenes and they need something extra to make the balance. Looks good, I’m liking the silver haired girl

I wonder where you can get this game.
kotori and Aisia seems different in this game than on the anime series

Bit o’ spoiler and info..

This game (Da Capo II) takes place 53 years later after the first series (Da Capo & Da Capo Second Season), so there’s no Kotori, Aisia, or other chars here, except for Junichi, Sakura, and Nemu (name only). The silver-haired girl is Yukimura Anzu, the pink one is Shirakawa Nanaka (yep, Shirakawa, possibly the descendant of Kotori, though no official statement made…who cares, it’s Shirakawa anyway! xD), and the last one is Asakura Yume, the younger of Asakura sisters, grandchildren of Asakura Junichi & Nemu. The other 2 girls are Tsukishima Koko and Amakase Minatsu.

And, yeah, for D.C. II Plus Situation, there’ll be extra route(s), but it’s still not yet decided by now who it’ll be.
